How do I track my order?

All purchases made through our website are shipped using tracked methods to ensure transparency & security. 
Upon the dispatch of your order, you will be provided with tracking details by the company handling your shipment. These details will be sent to the email address that you provided upon placing your order. Please ensure that the email address provided during the order placement process is accurate & accessible. 
We kindly ask that you monitor your shipment using the provided tracking information & notify us immediately if there are any issues or unusual delays in delivery. 
Should any items be returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be held accountable for any subsequent shipping charges incurred. 

Your satisfaction is our priority, & we strive to provide a seamless & efficient shipping experience for all our customers. 


My order of a Stirrup Style belts(s) has been cancelled?
 
We regret to inform you that our Stirrup Style elastic belts are only available to ship to countries EXCLUDING the UK, US, EU & Canada. If you are from the excluded countries listed above & your order includes a stirrup belt(s),  your order (or part order) for these items will be cancelled & refunded. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us on info@poiseboutique.co.uk.
Do you provide International Delivery?
Yes, we do provide international shipping. As a small but growing business, we are continually striving to make our product available to customers around the globe. However, please note that due to costs associated with international shipping, it can be relatively expensive. 
Interestingly, the cost of shipping remains the same whether you buy one item or ten. Therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing multiple items in one order to make the most of the shipping fees. This way, you can enjoy more of our products while optimising the cost-effectiveness of your order.

How do I return an item?
 

Our return/refund policy is straightforward. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of your purchase date.The item must be unused & in a clean condition since delivery. We will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping charges.

Kindly note that return labels are not provided. It is crucial to contact us (drop an email to: info@poisboutique.co.uk) before returning your order; failure to do so may result in a refund not being issued, Additionally, please remember to write the order number on the package to ensure accurate processing of your refund.
